1. Register as a customer via the usual process on our site to begin

2. After setting up your account, please send your email address, Company Name and VAT number to online.trade@typhoo.com – we aim to send your account confirmation email within 2 UK business days (Monday-Friday), confirming your acceptance as a small trader

3. Once your account has been setup by our Accounts Team, you will be able to login to our Tea Shop as normal, but you will now be able to order full case stock

4. Select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your basket. The Small Traders Discount of 25% will need to be applied when you checkout. Please use the code SmallTraders_BZ8QRFFECFMK

We have created a wholesale/bulk ordering form, which makes it quicker and easier to add larger quantities of multiple items to your basket/cart. This can be used by any Typhoo Tea Shop customer to add items to their basket for checkout.

Yes, you will need to exceed the minimum order value of £200 excluding shipping before the 25% discount can be applied.

How do I place an order over £500?

If you wish to place an order exceeding £500, you may qualify for a direct trade account with Typhoo Tea Limited. Please get in touch with us via the contact page with your company details, and one of our Customer Services Advisors will be back in touch as soon as possible.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping will be calculated based upon the weight of your total order. You can see a quote for this once you have selected all items in your basket.

Please note that our couriers for European and world-wide destinations have limits of between 15Kg and 30Kg. Over £250-£300 depending on the mix of products in your cart, this may exceed this limit, and you will find that shipping is not available. If this happens, please contact us so we can discuss options for placing a larger order.
